Proactively scheduling appointments for consultations at our specialist stores
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Providing telephone advice to customers about products, pricing, and the KIND consultation process

Requirements
Experience in telemarketing is desirable; career changers are warmly welcome
Availability of at least 25 hours per week
Enjoyment of structured, goal-oriented customer communication and performance- and results-oriented work
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive manner in customer contact
Comfortable with both customer support and active sales
Strong customer and service orientation and a high level of quality awareness
