Performs annual market pricing reviews
Assists with the analysis, design, and implementation of long-term incentive compensation program
Analyzes compensation or benefits data to determine trends, anomalies, and gaps
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline (required)
1-3 years HR, Finance or related field with an analytical focus (preferred)
Proficient in building Microsoft Excel analysis and graphs
Proficient in creating Microsoft Power Point presentations
