About the role
- Junior Systems Analyst supporting system maintenance and financial automations, collaborating with development teams on integrations. Ensuring seamless operations and incident management in financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Level 2/Level 3 technical support and system maintenance;
- Management and monitoring of financial automations and integrations (payments, contracts, and banks);
- Administration and maintenance of data, dashboards, and metrics (BI);
- Technical liaison with the Development team for requirements and system fixes;
- Handling incidents and inconsistencies affecting financial and contractual workflows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field
- Knowledge of systems architecture and integrations via APIs (REST) and Webhooks
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for queries and data extraction
- Experience or familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Azure and GCP)
- Understanding of automation logic and workflow tools.
