About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution development for complex problems across the Mission Technology Solutions portfolio.
- Shape customer requirements through early engagement, market research, and identification of competitive discriminators.
- Develop proposal content, including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and respond to RFIs and market surveys.
- Apply advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development, Cloud architectures, and Data Analytics using AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on System of Systems integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to capture and develop new and innovative solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of industry experience in solution architecting or directly supporting operational programs to delivery capability to customers.
- Preferred experience in an operational leadership role such as a Team Lead or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead.
- Proven experience in one or more mission areas: Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security.
- Strong background in System of Systems integration, architectures, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with advanced methodologies such as: Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development, Cloud architectures, Data Analytics, AI/ML methodologies.
