Responsibilities
Contribute creatively and participate in projects
Handle general administrative tasks for the Communications department
Process orders and invoices and support contract management
Maintain budget overviews
Monitor schedules and maintain the Evis organizational software
Prepare summaries and statistics
Handle inquiries related to communication and marketing
Prepare mailings using a newsletter system
Coordinate appointments and take minutes
Requirements
Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences with at least two years remaining in your program
Enthusiasm for the different processes involved in arts and cultural events
Experience in office organization and a basic understanding of communication and marketing
Resilience and enjoyment of working in a team
Personal commitment, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and an independent, careful, and systematic working style
Confident use of common MS Office applications—especially Excel; experience with databases is desirable
Good communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
German language skills at level B2 (CEFR)
Sensitivity to the specific concerns of a cultural institution is desirable
Willingness to work evenings or weekends
