Responsibilities
Innovation and quality management within our law firm
Overseeing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and employees
Activities related to internal firm controlling
Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management
Ongoing tasks in the areas of data protection and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) compliance (Geldwäschegesetz)
Support in coordinating our office locations
Client communications management
Execution of special projects in close collaboration with our executive management

Requirements
