About the role
- Finanzbuchhalter with a focus on Debitorenbuchhaltung using SAP SD for Equans. Involved in processing business transactions and accounts receivable management in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Processing and further development of business processes and transactions on the client side
- Invoicing via SAP SD (intercompany billing and asset disposals)
- Functional and technical support for invoicing in our business units
- Maintenance of customer (accounts receivable) ledgers
- Posting of bank statements
- Receivables management, including running weekly dunning processes and following up on dunning lists in cooperation with our business units
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, a university degree with a focus on accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Prior experience with SAP SD is desirable
- Willingness to develop into a SAP SD key user
- Team-oriented work style and enjoyment of communication
- Fluent German (at least B2); English skills are an advantage
- Availability full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)
