- You will work in an agile development team for our software products in the field of naval communication and make the software quality mindset tangible for the development teams.
- As the test expert in the team, you are responsible for verifying team deliverables and use appropriate methods for this purpose.
- You actively participate in creating, maintaining, and executing unit tests to ensure code quality.
- You develop and maintain automated tests and, when necessary, manual test procedures to secure release cycles in close collaboration with the testing team.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Information Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- High degree of teamwork and open, transparent communication
- Prior experience in software testing
- Experience with unit tests
- Good knowledge of Python and C++
- Experience with version control, preferably GitLab or GitHub
- Good knowledge in applying agile methods such as Scrum
- Independent, goal-oriented working style
- Good written and spoken German and English
