About the role
- Software Engineer developing telephony components for the botario platform while working with cloud services and providing customer support. Requires strong Python skills and fluency in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Support the further development of our telephony systems
- Work with cloud services (Google, AWS, ...)
- Develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances
- Develop the connection to the environment of the customers if required
- Take care of the ongoing operation of customer systems in second level support for the telephony area
- Develop new connectors for external telephony related services
Requirements
- A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
- Very good programming skills in Python, with previous experience in multi-threading, multi-process control and parallel computing
- Experience working with Docker and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)
- Think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
- Like to work in a team and with agile methods
- Ideally, already have professional experience in software development
- Independent working style and passion about AI
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
