Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to brokers, policyholders, and internal clients, offering technical and operational clarification about the products sold.
Inform about the required registration documents and documentation needed for risk assessment.
Receive and verify registration and credit documentation; if any document is missing, request it from the broker or policyholder. Once the technical areas complete their analysis, forward the assessment and any approved/declined conditions to the broker.
Receive all appointment letters for accounts in your portfolio and send them to the responsible commercial team for approval.
Follow up with brokers for payment of outstanding invoices and request invoice waivers from the Finance Department when applicable.
Inform brokers about policyholders with expiring registrations, denied limits, and/or approved rates.
Notify the current broker of receipt of a commission transfer letter to another broker.
Request consents from brokers/policyholders for SERASA listings.
Request changes to, or directly change, rates for modalities that follow the rating table.
Request from Legal the draft and sending of the counter-guarantee to the policyholder, after verifying registration regularization.
Receive issuance requests and documents relevant to the modality.
Prepare quotes and policy drafts and send them to the broker.
Enter requests for terminations and cancellations and send them, following up on any requests and contacting the policyholder when appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Develop commercial solutions aligned with partners' and clients' needs, contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Evaluate commercial performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, average ticket value, and NPS, proposing continuous improvement actions.
Ensure execution of commercial processes, from prospecting to closure, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Plan sales and relationship strategies, focusing on brokers and strategic partners.
Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses, generating insights to support decision-making.
Manage a portfolio of partners, promoting engagement, training, and retention.
