About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial steering of selected business areas
- Develop management and shareholder reports that support decision-making — clear, relevant and to the point
- Act as a sparring partner with management and business units on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow topics
- Manage central controlling processes such as budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI systems
- Lead strategically important, cross-departmental projects, e.g. the budget process or ERP implementation
- Ensure liquidity transparency, performance monitoring and early detection of variances
- Actively drive the further development, digitization and automation of controlling and reporting structures
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting
- Several years of experience in controlling, e.g. from industry, project development, consulting or the banking sector
- Deep understanding of controlling principles, reporting and KPIs, including responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a clear commercial mindset
- Experience in complex, cross-functional projects and confidence in communicating with management and stakeholders
- High IT and systems affinity; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and LucaNet is a plus
- Structured, precise working style and very good German and strong English skills
