About the role
- Internal Auditor conducting technology and production audits for a software development company. Engaging in risk management and process evaluation while working in a hybrid environment in Zagreb.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-oriented and process-independent audits of business processes across the group, with a focus on technology/production
- Independently responsible for preparing and conducting internal audits, analysing and evaluating business processes in terms of economic efficiency, compliance and functionality
- Assisting in the early detection and identification of risks
- Independently prepare audit reports in German and English
- Carry out risk classifications and, in close coordination with the audited areas, develop measures to optimise process reliability and efficiency
- Design and implementation of special audits as well as participation in group audit projects
Requirements
- You have a degree in economics, industrial engineering (or a comparable qualification) and several years of professional experience in auditing, consulting or within a manufacturing company
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in auditing, revision or comparable activities and have a strong affinity for processes; relevant additional qualifications (e.g. CIA, CISA) are an advantage
- You have a critical mind with the ability to understand complex processes and can convince others with your confident manner at various hierarchical levels.
- You are a team player, have good intercultural sensitivity and enjoy international travel.
