Responsibilities
Edit and produce YouTube videos at scale, with a focus on engagement.
Work with the YouTube strategist to turn formats into high-quality video output.
Own pacing, structure, and visual quality across the channel.
Take ownership from raw footage through to final delivery
Produce academy and product launch videos with product marketing, focused on clarity, flow, and brand alignment.
Elevate and maintain visual consistency across all video content.
Create motion graphics, lower thirds, subtitles, and light animation where they add value.
Design creative assets that echo our brand to enhance how we appear across channels.
Requirements
3+ years in video, motion, or creative production, or equivalent portfolio
Excellent taste in video editing, motion, and visual composition.
A strong instinct for how brand shows up in video and supporting assets.
Proven experience owning or significantly shaping video output for a channel, programme, or series.
Strong judgement about when to add motion or design, and when to keep things simple.
Comfortable balancing creative quality with output, iteration, and deadlines.
Organised, reliable, and detail-focused.
Comfortable working across video, motion, and basic visual design tools, such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion, and Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva for creating and adapting marketing and video-adjacent assets.
