Responsibilities
responsible to the Manager, Software and Services, for installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Landis+Gyr system’s network engineering infrastructure
Installing, configuring, and maintaining all network engineering equipment.
Configure, maintain, and document all network elements supporting customer connectivity.
Maintain and troubleshoot WAN/LAN and Cloud network connectivity.
Work in tandem with our operation and cloud teams to identify and implement the most optimal solutions for the company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is in business or related field
6+ years of experience in:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Cisco, WAN/LAN, routing and switching network design and troubleshooting
Linux/Unix/Windows experience
Cloud networking configuration and troubleshooting
Network Load Balancer installation and management
Network Firewall installation and management
Experience with IP Address Management (IPAM) for IPv4 and IPv6
Experience with Change Management process and procedures
Experience with Technical Documentation - network drawings, and process/procedure
CCNA certification preferred
Associate Cloud Engineer or similar certification preferred
