Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined services portfolio throughout its full lifecycle (concept, launch, growth, optimization, retirement).
Build and maintain the long term strategy, roadmap, and corresponding business cases.
Conduct continuous portfolio analysis to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and customer value.
Identify customer needs and market opportunities in AMI, grid software, data services, and managed services.
Translate insights into service concepts, value propositions, requirement sets, and commercial models.
Lead go to market preparations with Sales, Pre Sales, Delivery, and Marketing.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Cloud Operations, Software Development, and Architecture teams to align technical feasibility and delivery plans.
Prioritize backlogs with SW PMs and partners and guide scope for incremental releases.
Support Sales and Bid teams on complex tenders, incl. solution design, cost assumptions, and customer presentations.
Identify and manage technology and service delivery partners that complement our service portfolio.
Define certification criteria, joint development opportunities, and co selling motions.
Build long-lasting, value driven partnerships that scale market reach.
Collaborate with Service Delivery, Service Operations and Support to define the requirements for service readiness and operational robustness (SLAs, monitoring, incident process, onboarding).
Collaborate with Service Delivery on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and SLA performance trends.
Align with Security, Privacy, and Compliance on data protection and cyber requirements.
Requirements
5–10 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud services, managed services, or data/analytics—ideally in energy, utilities, IoT, or industrial/critical infrastructure domains.
Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and PLM methodologies.
Proven ability to define, launch, and scale subscription based or managed service offerings.
Comfortable with technical topics such as software, integrations, APIs, and cloud operations.
Solid business acumen: pricing, business case modeling, revenue forecasting, P&L awareness.
Skilled communicator, able to work effectively with cross functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Fluent in English; Finnish is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
