Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing, developing and optimizing production processes, aiming for efficiency, quality and cost reduction.
- Will work on continuous improvement projects, standardization and implementation of Lean tools, in addition to supporting operational areas to achieve performance targets.
- Map, analyze and redesign processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (flowcharts, work instructions, procedures).
- Support and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct capacity studies, line balancing and layout analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and quality standards.
- Train users and teams on newly defined processes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Process Management, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial) or related fields.
- Experience in analysis and improvement of industrial/manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, Kaizen, 5S).
- Proficiency with process mapping software and ERP systems.
- English: Intermediate.
