- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support business decision-making by delivering reliable, data-driven insights
- Use Alteryx for data preparation, blending, analysis, and automation
- Collaborate with business and operational teams to support process transformation initiatives
- Contribute to improving efficiency, controls, and customer experience within payment and cash management activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, analysis, and automation
- Good understanding of global banking operations, particularly payments and cash management processes
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
