- Ensure the reliability and progression of technical environments.
- Provide operational maintenance for IT infrastructures (Linux and Windows systems, firewalls, switches, VLANs).
- Deploy and secure M365 or Active Directory environments.
- Respond to complex incidents and document the corrective actions taken.
- Recommend optimizations: automation, enhanced security, and improved architecture reliability.
- Lead technical projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in similar positions (Delegated IT Manager/RSI, manager in an IT services company [ESN], or consulting firm).
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or IT, or an equivalent qualification combined with substantial hands-on experience.
- Proven project management skills in diverse technical environments.
- Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders: CIOs (DSI), CISOs (RSSI), and business unit leaders.
- Strong knowledge of IT architectures, system and network infrastructures, cybersecurity, virtualization, backup solutions, and enterprise telephony.
- Proficient and autonomous with everyday tools: M365 suite, video conferencing tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle to travel to client sites when required.
