Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital transformation and acceleration for QOps
Provides leadership, strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for design, delivery, and scaling of digital solutions across QOps
Define and govern transformation milestones, success measures and value realization plans
Collaborate to architect and deploy reusable platforms, components and playbooks
Build and scale cross-functional capability and a high-performing, diverse team
Partner with stakeholders to drive change and champion the deployment of new solutions
Requirements
BS or Equivalent Experience Required
10-12 years of related experience
Strong cross-boundary collaboration skills
Advanced leadership and relationship management skills
Must have the ability to make decisions by seeking out and maintaining trust and collaborative relationships
Excellent listening skills and incorporates diverse points of view
Experience managing and leading global technology programs across multiple geographies
Demonstrated project and program management experience
