Responsibilities
Partner with business teams as their primary HR contact, coaching managers and supporting the full employee lifecycle in close collaboration with the broader People team to maximize engagement and business execution.
Focus on manager coaching, organizational design, change leadership and communication, and talent management.
Influence business and talent initiatives that support short- and long-term goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
Recommend, develop, and implement HR processes to further scale the business as we grow.
Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations situations with sound judgment and a people-first approach.
Lead core HR processes including performance calibration, compensation review cycles, and promotions.
Drive practices that increase employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.
Model and actively reinforce Jeeves' cultural values in all aspects of the role.
Oversee and manage on-site events in São Paulo, while collaborating with Country Managers in Mexico and Colombia to coordinate local office activities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, or an equivalent combination of HRBP and HR Generalist experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, active listening, and clear written communication.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Effective coaching skills, solid business acumen, and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment laws and regulations across the LATAM region.
Fluent in English and Portuguese. Jeeves is a global company and English is our internal language across regions. Spanish is a plus.
