Responsibilities
As an Account Manager you are the primary point of contact for our customers and the voice of iwoca.
You manage your own portfolio of new and existing customers and independently support business owners throughout our credit process and the entire loan term.
You place the highest value on customer service and enable our customers to make optimal use of our products through clear, helpful communication.
You guide new customers through the steps required for a successful contract conclusion and exceed their expectations by addressing individual concerns and working with them to find the best fit for our product.
You ensure our customers are promptly informed about their individual options and our product developments.
You are responsible for your own portfolio of existing and new customers.
You build strong, long-term relationships with your customers and help them achieve their business goals with iwoca.
You have a good understanding of how businesses operate, including their key risk and revenue drivers.
By regularly feeding back customer insights, process improvement ideas, and information on competitor offerings, you actively contribute to iwoca’s ongoing development.
Requirements
You enjoy communicating with customers and live by “customer centricity.” Your greatest motivation is achieving success together with our customers.
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration and have relevant professional experience in customer service (experience in banking or a fintech is a plus).
You are a genuine team player and can support the team in cross-functional projects.
You are highly motivated, organized, sales-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
You have excellent communication skills and outstanding German language skills. You also have English skills so that meetings with our international team are no problem for you.
An independent, team-oriented and reliable working style comes naturally to you.
You are able to think beyond the obvious and propose optimizations for our products, systems and processes.
