Coordenador(a) de Marketing de Produtos role enhancing product adoption and customer success for a fintech.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute internal product communication strategies, ensuring all teams understand product positioning, features, and unique value propositions;
For the value proposition acceleration front and in collaboration with the Sales team: be responsible for structuring trainings that provide the sales team with the knowledge and updates required for a results-oriented performance;
Establish product launch governance, clarifying product capabilities so they can be offered to customers in the best possible way;
Develop initiatives with the Sales team to reduce churn;
Lead product launch and sustainment plans, organizing materials, messaging, and alignment rituals with partner teams;
Produce strategic artifacts (presentations, user guides, training scripts, and enablement content) to disseminate product knowledge;
Connect the product team with other areas, promoting understanding of the value proposition, sales messaging, and the customer journey;
Conduct internal and customer listening sessions, converting feedback into improvements and insights for the roadmap;
Monitor adoption, engagement, and NPS metrics, translating data into action plans and communication improvements.
Requirements
Experience in product marketing, product communications, and enablement;
Experience working with B2B products;
Ability to organize, synthesize, and communicate technical information in an accessible and strategic way;
Experience in launching and managing digital products, with a focus on experience and adoption;
Strong writing skills and visual storytelling (for presentations and support materials);
Analytical ability to interpret adoption, engagement, churn, and NPS metrics, turning data into communication and enablement plans;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, consistency, and the brand's tone of voice.
