- Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Experience with relational data modeling
- Development and maintenance of stored procedures
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience handling large volumes of data
- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
- Experience with system integration and consuming services
- Previous experience in enterprise and mission-critical environments
- Previous experience in the financial services sector
- Experience with banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments
- Understanding of financial industry operations, such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations
- Desirable: Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based corporate environments
- Experience with high-availability systems or high transaction-volume environments
- English for communication with international teams
