- The role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance AR & Credit Controlling team. The ideal candidate will manage the billing process with a high level of autonomy, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit control. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in AR who wants to take ownership of processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- **Background:** Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- **Experience: **3–4 years in the role, preferably within international manufacturing environment.
- **Professional Skills: **Knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing procedures and credit control practices and risk management.
- **IT Skills: **Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems.
- · **Language Skills:** Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
- **Soft Skills: **Analytical mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive and organized.
