Responsibilities
Provide support to retail operations, aiming to improve performance through the implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy;
Implement best practices for products and marketing levers;
Support internal teams on a day-to-day basis, acting as a channel for clarifying questions and achieving business objectives;
Monitor sales performance (sell-out);
Analyze performance dashboards to create action plans aimed at enhancing business performance and profitability;
Act as ambassador and primary advocate of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS);
Serve as the regional focal point for support of marketing products, promoting the connection between marketing and the retail network;
Engage national promotions and guide POS teams on materials placement, approach, and execution of activities;
Monitor and support marketing activities that may take place regionally.
Requirements
Experience in the commercial area serving customer portfolios;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields;
Valid driver's license (category B);
Negotiation skills and experience executing strategies at the point of sale;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Availability to travel;
