About the role

  • Analista de Negócios at Ipiranga responsible for enhancing digital B2B products and client engagement strategies. Collaborating across teams to drive business results and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and expand knowledge of B2B digital products within the company;
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal areas to maximize results for B2B digital products;
  • Increase and intensify results at Ipiranga stations through our B2B digital products;
  • Engage our Ipiranga resellers by delivering the best opportunities through our B2B digital products;
  • Transform our core offering into the reference for our customers, generating results, recurring business, loyalty, and growth;
  • Integrate with cross-functional areas to develop business initiatives focused on growing and retaining customers and volumes at Ipiranga Highway stations;
  • Responsible for advancing projects with teams focused on Highway operations through reseller engagement actions to develop and deploy exclusive, differentiated services for B2B customers;
  • Primary point of contact for directing content to the marketing and CRM teams related to communications to Ipiranga resellers about B2B digital solutions;
  • Responsible for preparing executive presentations for internal audiences related to B2B digital products;
  • Primary point of contact for analyses and action plans for Ipiranga stations regarding B2B digital product results (penetration, market share, gains and losses, opportunities for leverage, among others);
  • Responsible for developing and improving the accreditation, refresher, and training process for Ipiranga stations related to Pró-Frotas;
  • Manage B2B digital product content for external events with resellers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Knowledge of the fuel and fleet market is a plus; experience in project management to ensure integrations and developments are delivered.
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, interpersonal skills, ease working in teams, initiative to go beyond the basics, ability to understand market dynamics and propose innovations.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint presentation skills; Excel (intermediate level); BI and Power BI knowledge is a plus; analytical skills focused on problem solving and developing actions to engage customers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Languages: Portuguese; intermediate English.
