Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth operation, organization and maintenance of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Handle the receipt and dispatch of materials, equipment and correspondence.
Support the resolution of delivery discrepancies.
Obtain quotes and negotiate with suppliers of products and services, always seeking the best cost-effectiveness.
Issue purchase orders and track orders through to final delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with management systems (ERP) is a plus.
