Responsibilities
Set the vision and drive operational excellence for customers
Align sales, execution, and country teams
Develop and implement strategic initiatives
Lead strategy formulation and business development
Manage and grow the Digital Services and Consulting business
Define a clear strategy to increase Consulting and Digital Services sales and orders
Collaborate with Service Sales team to identify target segments/customers
Oversee the execution of Digital Services through the Digital Enablement team
Manage full digital services P&L to drive profitable growth
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
At least a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of technical sales experience
2 years of leadership experience
Strong experience in services with a consultative sales mindset
A minimum of 10 years in sales and/or marketing plus engineering experience
A consulting background with the ability to perform on-site audits
Knowledge of local standards, compliance, and regulations
Strong personal leadership aligned with Schneider Electric values
Well-developed strategic planning skills and a solid understanding of business finance
Ability to travel domestically and globally (40%+)
