Requirements
Advanced Degree - Related, MSN, MHA, MBA, DNP, or Equivalent
10 years of executive leadership within a large complex, integrated healthcare system
Demonstrated success aligning enterprise quality improvement and clinical excellence
Proven ability to align enterprise strategy with operational execution
Deep expertise in quality improvement, reliability science, and performance management
