About the role

  • Client Success Manager in Aladdin Client Experience team overseeing service delivery and client inquiries. Collaborating with teams to solve complex problems for enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of the service
  • Responsible for client service oversight and management of critical inquiries
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Track client satisfaction and identify risks
  • Visit clients on-site to build stronger relationships
  • Lead client KPI tracking and quarterly service reviews
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Client Success Specialists

Requirements

  • A working understanding of the financial services
  • Experience advising clients and/or adapting technology solutions within the investment life cycle
  • Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows
  • Previous experience in a client- or customer-facing environment
  • Consultative approach to understanding client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to explore new technologies
  • Proficient in managing various tasks simultaneously
  • Analyzing situations with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment
