Responsibilities

- Assess processes, identify gaps, and ensure digital initiatives are implemented
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries
- Define and execute digital transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and client teams
- Support change management and user adoption of new tools
- Stay up to date with digital banking trends and automation tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting
- Proven background in process analysis and operational excellence
- Strong understanding of digital lending and banking operations
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholder communication
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Familiar with agile delivery frameworks and data-driven decision-making
- Proficient in Hungarian and at least intermediate in English
