About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operational needs of the business

- Ensure the accuracy of data and partner with teams such as Reservations and Operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in DMC operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with document management systems
- Strong knowledge of document control and accuracy
- Experience with tour ground handling and reservations processes
- Excellent systems literacy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
