- Manage and improve supplier contracts across Italy
- Ensure securing the best possible rates while maintaining high-quality service and strong relationships

- Play a key role in improving trip profitability
- Support the development of new itineraries and contract services that meet client needs
- Collaborate with Operations, Reservations and Finance teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in contracting, supplier sourcing and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive rates and terms
- Experience managing staff and leading a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional European languages an advantage)
- Strong understanding of the local travel industry in Italy
- Experience working closely with product teams to support itinerary development
- Outstanding organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Business development and/or financial analysis skills (desirable)
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly within destination
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage change and continuous improvement
- A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
