About the role
- Auxiliar Administrativo Financeiro supporting financial documentation and reporting for the inpEV's sustainability initiatives. Collaborating with various teams to manage financial records and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supports the petty cash accounting process (reconciliation);
- Participates in the accounting/reporting process for affiliated centers (SIC and TOTVS);
- Sends supporting documentation when requested by internal departments and centers;
- Assists the financial analyst by checking and validating documentation presented by inpEV centers to support petty cash replenishment;
- Reviews and validates documentation supporting travel expense reports (RDV);
- Collaborates with the accounting/reporting process of partner Packaging Receiving Units (central units and posts), ensuring accuracy before entries are recorded by the financial analyst;
- Manages weekly payments for big bags from the centers to the supplier;
- Supports the financial analyst responsible for sending and receiving documents stored in an external archive;
- Sends payment receipts when requested by inpEV departments and centers;
- Consolidates grouped transport waybills in TOTVS into invoices for payment.
