Responsibilities
install, commission and configure lift monitoring and autodialler products;
provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and engineers via phone, e-mail and site visits;
assist with testing and development of new and existing products;
support the delivery of technical training sessions for engineers and partners;
ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with lift industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
previous experience as a Lift Engineer (essential)
strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of lift systems
experience with installation, commissioning or fault finding on Autodialler equipment
ability to work independently and within a team
good technical communication and problem-solving skills
full UK driving licence.
