Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships.
Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
