About the role
- Project Manager for R&D at Ingenico leading development projects for Swiss market. Responsible for project management, coordination with teams, and deployment of SAFe methodology.
Responsibilities
- Au sein de l’équipe des Chefs de Projet R&D EMEA, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de projets de développement
- Vous pilotez des projets pour le marché suisse, notamment autour de la gamme Axium Android
- Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le déploiement et l’adoption de la méthodologie SAFe à l’échelle de la région, en tant que facilitateur
- Assurer le suivi global (planning, budget, qualité, performance)
- Coordonner les équipes (R&D, produit, partenaires externes)
- Participer à la définition des solutions et à la rédaction des spécifications techniques
Requirements
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master (gestion de projet, informatique ou équivalent)
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou poste similaire
- Certification en gestion de projet (PMI, Prince2, SAFe…) appréciée
- Bonne compréhension des environnements de développement logiciel (Android, C/C++, API REST appréciés)
- Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
- Connaissance des outils : Jira, Confluence, Sciforma, Power BI (un plus)
- Français courant
- Anglais Niveau B2
