About the role
- Linux System Engineer managing central development environment for innovative AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with IT and development teams to optimize global processes.
Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for our company-wide development environment.
- This includes installing, configuring, and administering central services and development environments in the CI/CD context.
- Within the team, you will work closely with project stakeholders from various business units and departments.
- Following the DevX principle, you will further develop central services and improve the developer experience.
Requirements
- Approx. 2–3 years of professional experience in Linux system administration and application deployment (e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, DevOps Engineer, Linux System Administrator, or MATSE).
- Experience with large system landscapes and their CI/CD pipelines, including monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and security.
- Experience with Linux, Ansible, GitLab, Artifactory, and/or Kubernetes.
- Independent and proactive working style.
- High reliability and strong flexibility to ensure the operation of applications.
- Business-fluent German (at least C2) and good English skills (at least B2).
