Responsibilities
Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on practical exercises in the field of IT Specialist – System Integration
Teach administrative topics such as Windows and/or Linux system administration
Networking (TCP/IP, basic network services)
Active Directory, user, permissions and role management
Server services, virtualization and system operations
IT support, troubleshooting, operations and monitoring
Prepare system and operational documentation
Fundamentals of Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid environments
Prepare participants for exams (e.g. IHK)
Supervise practical projects and monitor learning progress
Document learning status and collaborate with the pedagogical/educational team
Support participants with technical questions during their day-to-day learning
Requirements
Qualification as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), Computer Scientist (e.g. B.A./B.Sc.), completed IT apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification
Experience as a trainer and/or a pedagogical aptitude certificate (AEVO) is desirable but not mandatory
Experience with live video-based teaching is a plus
Knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server 20XX, Exchange Server/365, Linux, networking and network management, IT security
Fluent German (C1); English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
