About the role
- Quality Manager for IT projects at infodas ensuring quality assurance and improvement in IT projects. Collaborating with IT project leaders and driving a culture of quality management.
Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for questions related to quality management (QM) and quality assurance for our IT projects
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and improving quality management in IT projects
- Promote our quality culture
- Further develop the tools and methodology of quality management
- Provide operational support and advice to IT project managers on the application of QM tools and methods
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality in IT projects
- Ensure transparency of quality management across IT projects and act as the interface between management and the operational project level
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Certification/qualification as an auditor is desirable
- Knowledge of quality management in IT projects and ideally experience in developing and improving project quality management concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Team‑oriented and communicative personality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
