- Designing, building, and maintaining backend services and new product features.
- Contribute to frontend development to build and improve user-facing features in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Managing and improving AWS infrastructure to support scalable and reliable systems.
- Building and maintaining integrations with CX platforms and third-party services.
- Implementing and managing SMS and email communication systems.
- Automating operational workflows and improving deployment pipelines.
- Monitoring system performance and responding to production incidents.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver regional solutions.
- Partner with UAE clients and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and design practical, scalable solutions that address real business needs.

Requirements
- Strong experience in backend software development (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
- Experience with modern frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
- Experience practicing test-driven development (TDD) and writing automated tests as part of everyday engineering work.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating with external APIs and CX platforms.
- Familiarity with messaging systems (SMS gateways, email providers).
