About the role

- You gain insight into modern tools and methods and apply them directly in practice.
- You question processes together with the team, rethink workflows and help further develop our AI.

Requirements
- Vocational training as an insurance clerk (Versicherungskaufmann/-frau) or similar, or an ongoing/completed degree in business administration, law, or insurance
- Some initial experience in claims handling is a plus — but willingness to learn and curiosity are more important
- Enjoy taking new approaches rather than just ‘doing things by the book’
- Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
