Responsibilities
You will work closely with our experienced claims analysts and learn step by step how to process and settle motor vehicle (Kfz) and private liability claims.
You support the handling of cases where our AI reaches its limits — gradually becoming more confident in claims settlement.
You gain insight into modern tools and methods and apply them directly in practice.
You question processes together with the team, rethink workflows and help further develop our AI.
Your feedback matters: you help shape what claims handling of the future will look like.
Requirements
Vocational training as an insurance clerk (Versicherungskaufmann/-frau) or similar, or an ongoing/completed degree in business administration, law, or insurance
Some initial experience in claims handling is a plus — but willingness to learn and curiosity are more important
Enjoy taking new approaches rather than just ‘doing things by the book’
Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
