Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate and resolve Commercial General Liability and Auto Liability claims
Responsible for the end-to-end management of claims, from initial investigation to final settlement
Conduct thorough investigations into claim facts
Determine liability for both Auto and General Liability scenarios
Establish and maintain accurate claim reserves
Negotiate fair settlements within designated authority levels
Ensure claims are handled in strict accordance with state regulations and company best practices
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of active claims handling experience
Proven track record in managing both Auto and General Liability claims
Must hold a valid Adjuster’s License in all jurisdictions or ability to obtain within 6 months
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to convey complex information to claimants and stakeholders with empathy and clarity.
