About the role

Requirements
- Vocational training as an insurance clerk (or similar), or a started/completed degree in Business Administration / Law / Insurance
- Some initial experience in claims handling is a plus — but willingness to learn and curiosity are more important
- Enjoy finding new ways of working rather than following rules by rote
- Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
