Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of payment vouchers, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and consistent
Record validated payment vouchers in the accounting system
Prepare import files to be posted as expenses in the accounting system
When requested, conduct screening of staff, partners, suppliers, or any entity seeking to establish a relationship with IMPACT Initiatives
Collect and cross-check all supporting documentation for sampled items, maintaining strict confidentiality of all data collected
Requirements
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication and drafting skills for effective reporting
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)
Fluency in English required
