About the role
- Property Manager managing a portfolio of properties for Immo-Business GmbH. Engaging with owners and tenants to enhance property management experience and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Independently handle the financial and administrative management of a portfolio of exciting properties
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants and owners on all commercial/administrative matters
- Maintain lease agreements, property records and master data
- Review and approve incoming invoices
- Manage ongoing correspondence with service providers and other stakeholders
- Organize and conduct homeowners' association (condominium owners') meetings
- Reconcile accounts in cooperation with internal accounting
Requirements
- Some initial experience in condominium association (WEG) management — entry-level candidates welcome
- Commercial/financial understanding and a desire to work independently
- Proficient with common MS Office applications
- Experience with Domus is a plus but not required
