Boolean Search: Use advanced search techniques to filter profiles on search engines and social networks.
Use of Specific Platforms: Go beyond LinkedIn by exploring GitHub and Stack Overflow.
Pipeline Creation: Build a talent pool for future needs.
Personalized Outreach: Craft targeted contact messages with a clear focus.
Selling the Opportunity: Act as the company's first point of contact.
Preliminary Technical Review: Assess CVs, portfolios and professional history before starting the process.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
Interest in recruiting technology professionals.
Availability to work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office (Itaim Bibi).
Excellent written and spoken Portuguese.
