Responsibilities
Analyze documentation and manage claims within the claims management platform;
Validate communications, estimates, and other interactions with claimants/insured clients;
Ensure compliance with performance and service SLAs;
Process and record department payments;
Prepare reports on performance and financial indicators for the department;
Register vendors and claimants within the management platforms;
Requirements
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Analytical ability;
Organizational skills;
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize;
Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) desirable;
University degree preferred;
