- Responsible for analyzing documentation and managing claims processes in the claims department. Emphasis on communication and performance indicators with clients in Sao Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Analyze documentation and manage claims within the claims management platform;
- Validate communications, estimates, and other interactions with claimants/insured clients;
- Ensure compliance with performance and service SLAs;
- Process and record department payments;
- Prepare reports on performance and financial indicators for the department;
- Register vendors and claimants within the management platforms;
Requirements
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Analytical ability;
- Organizational skills;
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize;
- Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) desirable;
