Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to assess their Medicare insurance needs and preferences.
Explain the features, benefits, and costs of various Medicare plans, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug Plans.
Assist clients with the enrollment process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies, regulations, and plan offerings to provide compliant and accurate information.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
