About the role

Responsibilities
- You maintain our existing Windows Server environments, analyze current systems, and drive sustainable improvements.
- You design modern IT services and implement them together with the team — from the initial concept through to production deployment.
- As the point of contact for our departments, you ensure smooth IT processes and advise on the selection and use of IT services.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a related field
- Solid knowledge of: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and system security
- Experience administering heterogeneous IT environments (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
